The Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow

 

"I have your pot of gold!"

The leprechaun was told.

The small man said, "Behold!

You found the rainbow's end.

The gold is yours to spend.

But it is just pretend."

And now I'm not so bold.

Not a Breakfast for Champions

This morning at daybreak

I ate an old cupcake

It gave me a bellyache

I got on the school bus

Trying to act tough

I tried not to make a fuss

I threw up everywhere!

Fouled Out!

I played basketball

Up and down the hall

Bouncing off the wall

My treasured orange sphere

Hit my mother’s chandelier

Now I’m not welcome here

I've been fouled out!
