I do not wear hats

They bug me

They mess up my hair

Sometimes a quick fix
Does not make for good results
Duct tape doesn't last
Band-aids only hold so long
A rubber band gets brittle

Leave a note for me

Whether you are travelling

To the corner store

Or the city park, even

in a rocket to the moon

Some people make plans

Others act spontaneously

So what do you do?

Are you a plotter-schemer?

Do you take life as it comes?

I think that music
Should be played a medium
Volume...not too loud
When it's turned up all the way
The music is distorted.

A medieval keep
A tower in a castle
Keeping royals safe
Up high above the battle
Still I would feel trapped

My little brother
Didn't want his spaghetti
So he tossed his bowl
Into the air...noodles are
Hanging on the ceiling fan
