The monkeys went to school
Which was against the rule
They played and hissed and screeched.
The teacher could not teach.
The monkeys climbed a tree.
The students fought to see
The principal made a frown
The monkeys would not come down
They climbed across the roof
They made a Godzilla spoof
So then I had a hunch
Bananas by the bunch
The monkeys did come down
And then they ran around
I had saved the day
The monkeys ran away.
